Farm Camps

After-School Farm Camp

We offer after-school programming and seasonal camp days. In general, we follow the BISD calendar. This is an opportunity for kids ages 6-10 yrs to explore the farm in a guided and lightly structured way. We learn to treat all animals and farm property with kindness and respect. Seasonal themes and prompts are provided as we offer plenty of social time, creating in the studio and time to plunk down in the woods to build fairy houses or explore. Of course, there are always farm activities like feeding the goats, collecting eggs, or planting seedlings. There is truly something for everyone!

Don’t forget your mud boots, layers & rain gear for outdoor play galore! Goat and chicken snuggling, potion-making in Mud Kitchen, garden work and traipsing around in the forest can be messy stuff! A light, healthy snack will be provided.

Tues January 21 –  Thurs April 3   Choose TUES, WED or THURS 2:45pm-5pm (2 day maxium). Ages 6-10 yrs. 10 week session paid in advance. No camp February 17-21.

Our winter farm camp program includes much of our usual repertoire with more fireside snack time, heavier doses of studio crafting, and some bundled up time in the garden and forest.  Please dress your kids appropriately for lots of outdoor time in nature and out with the goats!
